Scaffold fitter • Sullivan County, Missouri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Sullivan County, Missouri. The role involves: • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely Ideal candidate: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience.
