Ironing operator wanted in Jenkins County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an ironing operator in Jenkins County, Georgia. The job is in a tailoring workshop. Requirements: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Your main tasks: • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Give each garment a final press before packing • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots Rotating shifts.
