Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Independence County, Arkansas. The job is in a meat processing plant. You will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; season and marinate meat on request. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
