Bakery assistant • Orumba North, Anambra State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Orumba North, Anambra State. You will work at a cake shop. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate On the job you will handle: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Rotating shifts.
