Now hiring: we are hiring a packer in East Sussex, England. The job is at a warehouse dispatch bay. Requirements: • Previous experience on a packing or production line • Attention to detail for date codes and labelling The role involves: • Check best-before and expiry dates on every box • Operate the filling and sealing machine on the line • Shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets • Seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue • Wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules • Stack and arrange goods onto pallets for dispatch Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
