HSE supervisor — Northumberland County

You should have: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations Your main tasks: • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points Rotating shifts.
