Counter butcher • Union County, South Dakota

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a counter butcher in Union County, South Dakota. Your main tasks: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
