Grill cook — San Bernardino County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in San Bernardino County, California. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. On the job you will handle: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Rotating shifts.
