Pastry baker wanted in Garland County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Garland County, Arkansas. You will be based in a bread factory. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate You will score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience.
