Lift maintenance fitter wanted in Perkins County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Perkins County, Nebraska. You will be based on a high-rise construction site. Your main tasks: • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear You should have: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work 6+ years on the tools preferred.
