Glass fitter wanted in Hampshire

Great opportunity: we are hiring a glass fitter in Hampshire, England. On a typical shift you will grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; measure window and door openings and order glass to size; replace cracked or broken window panes; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame; apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass. What we are looking for: • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units 4+ years on the tools preferred.
