Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Morehouse Parish, Louisiana. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
