Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Jerome County, Idaho. Your main tasks: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Full-time with occasional weekends.
