Powder coater wanted in Rhondda Cynon Taf

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coater in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales. You will be based at an automotive components factory. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime On the job you will handle: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
