Urgent requirement: electrostatic spray painter (South Carolina)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Oconee County, South Carolina. The job is at an automotive components factory. You will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
