Semi-automatic welder wanted in Ankpa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Ankpa, Kogi State. You will be based at a busy production line. Day-to-day duties: • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc What we are looking for: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
