Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Hardin County, Iowa. The role involves: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
