We are recruiting: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Randolph County, North Carolina. The job is at a precast concrete yard. Your main tasks: • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations Requirements: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
