Precision welder wanted in Sedgwick County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a precision welder in Sedgwick County, Colorado. You will be based in a food and dairy equipment factory. Ideal candidate: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight You will clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode.
