Immediate opening: automotive refinish painter (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Lynn County, Texas. The job is at a busy body shop. On a typical shift you will apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
