Canteen cook wanted in Avery County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Avery County, North Carolina. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day to day you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
