Heavy equipment operator wanted in Dorchester County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Dorchester County, South Carolina. You will be based in an open-cast mine. You will break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension. What we are looking for: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Understanding of safe digging near underground services At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
