Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Lagos Island Local Government Area, Lagos State. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Your main tasks: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Part-time with flexible hours.
