Join our team: we are hiring a car painter in Lincoln County, Minnesota. The job is in a spray booth. The role involves strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs. Requirements: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
