We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium door and window fabricator in Island County, Washington. Your main tasks: • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames • Fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws • Load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish • Read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors • Install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads What we are looking for: • Familiar with ACP cladding and structural glazing • Good finishing sense — no scratches, clean silicone lines • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows 4+ years on the tools preferred.
