Join our team: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Garrard County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing 4+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
