Bar bender and fixer • Toro, Bauchi State

Join our team: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Toro, Bauchi State. The job is on a commercial tower construction site. The role involves: • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
