Vacancy available: split AC fitter (Michigan)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a split AC fitter in Van Buren County, Michigan. You will work at a refrigeration and cooling firm. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces • Can read electrical and piping schematics The role involves check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit; run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall; cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines. Six days a week, one day off. $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
