Bakery assistant • Powder River County, Montana

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Powder River County, Montana. On a typical shift you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Full-time with occasional weekends.
