Tandoor cook — Scott County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Scott County, Mississippi. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided.
