Cook wanted in Oshimili South

Now hiring: we are hiring a cook in Oshimili South, Delta State. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Six days a week, one day off.
