Concrete worker • Bucks County, Pennsylvania

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete worker in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a ready-mix concrete plant. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules On a typical shift you will erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off.
