Now hiring: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Lamb County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion Requirements: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium Six days a week, one day off. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
