Now hiring: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Magoffin County, Kentucky. You will be based on a window-and-door production line. Ideal candidate: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely The role involves: • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
