Occupational health and safety officer — Garfield County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Garfield County, Oklahoma. You will work in a chemical processing unit. The role involves: • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height What we are looking for: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
