Offshore rigger wanted in Franklin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Franklin County, Mississippi. You should have: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Day-to-day duties: • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
