Dumper truck operator • Jackson County, Minnesota

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dumper truck operator in Jackson County, Minnesota. The job is in an open-cast mine. On a typical shift you will load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; stockpile and spread material to the required levels. Ideal candidate: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Overtime paid at a premium rate.
