Now hiring: we are hiring an aluminium section fitter in Wiltshire, England. You will work at a busy aluminium fabrication workshop. Day to day you will read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors; fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels; load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes £2,850 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
