Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Dinwiddie County, Virginia. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Day-to-day duties: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
