Head baker wanted in Plymouth County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a head baker in Plymouth County, Massachusetts. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts You will score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
