What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day On a typical shift you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
