Automobile mechanic wanted in Durham County

Now hiring: we are hiring an automobile mechanic in Durham County, North Carolina. You will be based in a fleet maintenance depot. The role involves estimate repair costs and order the right parts; diagnose engine faults using an OBD-II scan tool; replace clutch plates and gearbox components; read fault codes and clear them after the repair; replace alternators, starter motors and batteries. Requirements: • Comfortable working in inspection pits and on ramps • Sound knowledge of petrol and diesel engines • Good eyesight and methodical fault-finding At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
