Machine operator (earthworks) • Mifflin County, Pennsylvania

We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a road and highway construction project. On the job you will handle: • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage What we are looking for: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits.
