Roofing foreman wanted in Ionia County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Ionia County, Michigan. You will be based on residential new-build sites. The role involves install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; insulate and ventilate the roof void; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets. Ideal candidate: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
