Requirements: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites Your main tasks: • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
