Great opportunity: container truck driver (Illinois)

Now hiring: we are hiring a container truck driver in Jersey County, Illinois. You will be based at a container freight yard. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules Day to day you will carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
