We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Ugwunagbo, Abia State. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate You will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
