Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in South Ayrshire, Scotland. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service £3,150 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
