Immediate opening: we are hiring a halal butcher in Yuma County, Arizona. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. On the job you will handle: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Six days a week, one day off.
