Now hiring: we are hiring a car refinisher in Macon County, Alabama. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Good eye for colour matching and blending On the job you will handle: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
